The app presents a very well organized layout of the information that is easy to navigate, and delivers timely news articles with a range of contributors and perspectives. The Telegraph has become one of my favorite and most trusted news sources; the app makes The Telegraph conveniently accessible, plus it gives me timely notifications of breaking news that alerts me on my Samsung smartphone and Samsung watch - very handy. Thank you!
Generally it's works ok but the main problem is navigation. There are 150 pages in each daily paper and it is too easy to lose your reading position in the paper. If you hit back too many times you end up at the first page. These results is I have only ever managed to read a whole paper a few times. There should be a summary screen that shows each article headline as a row to allow quick scrolling. The current horizontal tile scrolling is just too slow and cumbersome.
It has got pretty buggy recently. If you open a link to the telegraph from an external page, the app opens but it shows you the last article you were viewing, not the one you tried to click to. Also the back button doesn't really work. And every now and then it prompts me to buy a subscription, even though I have one (possibly the subscription doesnt sync between the app and the website very well)
