Constantly having data packs not enable and then chewing up cash credit instead. Three were kind enough to reimburse me twice. But I always worry it will do it every time. When it does this it is painful and long resolving it as if it were a new issue through chat each time.
Most disfunctional app I've used in years. Trying to log in, it says it sends me a passcode by text and email...neither arrives, ever! So now I'm unable to access my account via the app!
Updates regularly. Which you need data or wifi to do. Impossible to use app to top up when your add on runs out and the app needs updating. Ringing up, to be advertised an array of useless things by a robot when all I want to do is top up, is really annoying too. I couldn't care less how great it thinks your app is, I can't use it while trying to top up... Stop selling me how great something that really isn't, is. Thanks.
