Very poor app, few features and very 'clumsy' to operate. Constant glitches. The sound output is also peculiar, quite unpleasant on the ear, especially Mariella... This is such a shame as I LOVE many of the programmes and the presenters.
I've been using this app for some time on a Samsung Galaxy S8 running Android 9. I've just installed the latest version of the app which now refuses to run. Have I just reached the cut off point in terms of the age of Android which the app will run on? I enjoy the station very much and the app has been fine up to this point and is still working well on newer devices, but I was using this older phone purely as a streaming device on which other similar apps still work.
Have had a few issues (battery, crashing when I first open it) but I do see improvements eg. in reliable playback. I like the addition of the Chromecast button and feature that Catch up remembers where you got to within a show. It's difficult to fast forward far through, this could be improved. Thank you!
