So... what if I don't have a mobile phone number, or don't want to provide you with mine? What if I'm from another country, and visiting? There's no email option. This is an app for public transit users to buy tickets- an act that should be possible anonymously to begin with. Tying it to email is fine because it lets you provide functionality. Having a phone number option is fine, but having it be the ONLY option is not okay. I won't use until you add more sign in options.
So far i've had the same recurring issue, even reported the issue directly to token transit. I purchase through the GET agency, so single ride passes are $1.65. Despite having a strong internet connection, as well as money on my card, taking screen shots of myself activating the passes, and when they'd have a constant loading icon on the screen, and not activating, they haven't actually been helpful. It's very frustrating to use from time to time. Several passes failed to activate constantly.
Barely functions. Bluetooth has not worked a single time and it's slow to pull up the manual screen, so you stand there blocking the bus line tryint to get it working. I use Bluetooth all the time for other things and have never had any issues. Almost everyone else I've witnessed use it has had the same problem. Then the app gets mad because "You can only tap once every 15 seconds." Why!? Technology is supposed to make things easier and faster. This is utter garbage.
