You can also quickly view your device contacts from within the Toktiv app, to make quick calls to your contacts. If your administrator has enabled call recording on Twilio, then you will also be able to listen to your call recordings from the Call History. Call Disposition can also be made from the Call History if it has been enabled by your administrator on the Toktiv app.
