I've been holding off on rating this app, in the hopes that tech support would update the app to fix my problems. But it's been over a month since I reported that I am only sporadically receiving notifications, and never receiving notifications for email. Tech support let me know that they had received a number of similar reports. But so far, there's been no progress or change at all. I'm very frustrated and disappointed!
No longer receiving notifications from some apps. In my case, WhatsApp and Gmail, the two I actually need the most. Yes, I made sure notifications are enabled for them. The watch also occasionally loses connection. I don't know if it's a problem with the watch or my phone, but this doesn't happen with any of my other Bluetooth devices.
I got this watch for Christmas and I can't even get it to work because the app isn't working right! When I try to register on the app it says please make sure your wifi or data is connected. I try to skip registering and it won't let me skip it. All my watch says is please download the app. I can't even see anything else to see if the watch actually works. Update: changed to mobile data and not mobile and wifi and it works now took a star off bc the sleep doesn't record all the time.
