Camera works very well vertically, but worthless horizontally Conversation function is fantastic to get a wide range of ideas across quickly (accuracy is questionable for Asian languages) but can at least get you in the ballpark Language preferences never seem to default to what you want. You need to make sure that what you're speaking, typing, or reading are all set correctly every time you open the app Voice gender seems to be stuck in female
I like this app because it is helping my children understand foreign languages but sometimes the translation overlap each other and make reading impossible and this app can't translate pictures which are taken horizontally. Although it has its flaws, I like it...and minor changes can be done.
Full of ads...and the cost to remove them is exorbitant. We have better apps like Google translate, which is free and easy to use.
