Ordered 7 items. 2 of em shirts were too small and returned them. one jacket that was sent a complete different jacket and a much cheaper one, so also i have to return it. 3 orders out 7 were only right. One last shoe that i was really looking forward to but is lost somewhere in shipping and couldn't be delivered. all are separate packages that are annoying to coordinate with every delivery service for each package. When i bought them it was discounted, and now no more discount.Very bad service
This app is laterally the worst app in UAE .. I've never dealt with such an app .. after 20 days .. they dont deliver the items, and they dont return the money. I really feel regret to try it.. and my money is gone. Not recommended at all. In reply to your advice to contact trendyol team .. I have contacted them many times, and the only response is, " we can't cancel and return your money, the only option to wait for the delivery and will reach as soon as possible" not recommended.
Very bad again ! When i returned my item 15 days ago, Until now, i haven't gotten my refund back. When i track the status on the app, it keeps showing on the first phase, The assistant from the application is very bad. They keep apologie without any action. After more than 15 days, i checked the status for the refund. i found that my items had been delivered for me, and there was no return or refund request ??? I started believing that this app is a scam app.
