Features useless onsite without Internet access. As soon as I arrived at the festival, I could no longer access my personalised lineup, as it logged me out and I was unable to log back in offline. No way to use supposed 'locate a friend' feature. Consumed a full battery charge in half a day too. Uninstalled it the first night of the festival. Pretty pointless! Actually old tech like writing gig times in a notebook, and arranging to meet friends at landmarks worked far better!
Dreadful! Continually asking for login and then crashing. The situation is not helped by the festival having terrible phone reception, in which case why producer an app that won't work offline? I hope that Truck festival didn't pay for this to be created and if they did, they should demand their money back.
I just wanted to say this a fantastic app for a festival. Works very well, manages offline, optional login/register. Well done app team!
