simple to use, the only downside is I haven't been able to swipe across to switch between properties while on the map as u can in Zillow. it is quite annoying in addition to the fact sometimes u tap on a property and it doesn't pick up the tap. so while u can find properties on Trulia those are the two major downsides to utilizing the app, it's annoying enough that I may go back Zillow
Filter is entirely broken. Map is showing every property on record, even off-market, no matter what I filter and even if I "Reset All". This seems to be a server-side error as it started doing this out of the blue without me updating the app. Updating to latest version did not fix the issue either.
Relatively the same as other real estate apps. 'Our notes' is nice feature but randomly changes as you open them, not matched to the property you're looking at. Cannot setup alerts. At least it also shows FSBO. Maps are not great. Listings are NOT up to date. A listing that was SOLD in January is listed as active in March.
