Horrible experience! Can't get any help online or at store. Have tried twice to place an order for the trial. Both times advised it was successful. Neither time did I ever receive a SIM card.
It's stupid don't bother wasting your time no matter what you do you get approved yes but whenever you try to fill out the form for your basic info and shipping it tells you that there's a problem and you can only use 50 characters to fill out the entire basic info and shipping they're full of it it is a complete joke I hate cricket I wish I never would have signed up with them to begin with they have done nothing but screw me over since I've switched with them
I love cricket wireless because I can get service out in the country.
