Best Samsung Remote! I installed 6 different Remote apps due to my dog eating my original. This app here is by FAR the most responsive, easy to use and non intrusive. The others are just messy and have full screen ads that trick you into pressing them acting like it's the Remote. This one on the other hand is awesome. Instantly connected. The response time is insant regardless what button I hit and best of all it has a full screen Remote look. Great Job Devs! Apps like this are so rare.
I've had this app for many months to a year. Never had any problems with connecting to my TV. I just have to approve access to the TV at the least every day. My original remote that came with my TV has stopped working on some of the buttons so this is a good replacement in a pinch. Hasn't failed me yet. But it doesn't replace a new remote even though it emulates my original remote. Other apps with a higher ranking just doesn't work on my phone at all. I know, I've tried them all.
If you have a button on your TV to turn your TV on, and need a remote in a pinch, this app will probably be just what you need. My one and ONLY complaint is that you have to reconnect every time you open the app. This makes it inconvenient to skip ads quickly, they're usually over by the time the app has reconnected. If possible, I'd love to see an update where this can be toggled "on" & left running in the background. Kind of like how VPN's do. I'm not techy, so that's the best I can describe.
