This app has gotten worse. Every time you try to book a destination with a stop in between, and then you go to update the pickup time in the future, let's say something simple like an hour ahead of time you know, what normal people do (btw, in the app, you're forced to adjust the pu time after setting your destinations), then you lose the options you've already selected such as the destination and the extra stop. It's like being in an endless loop in the Twilight Zone. Useless.
Instead of alerting all nearby drivers, it picks one by one who more often than not don't answer and time out. A few rounds of this, and the ride is canceled (or the driver may confirm, then cancel on a whim), and the prices go 5x higher. Pick a place a block away, the prices are back down, and you get to do this all again! This is a terrible algorithm.
There is an ongoing issue with your maps and the directions to your drivers. My pickup locations, both to and from work constantly show that (The driver will arrive across the street from your pick up spot) Problem is, there is no "across the street." Not at my home or work location. The driver is on the wrong side of the street! Putting me in a situation where I have to flag down the car! I can not physically run after cars, especially in bad weather! This is ridiculous and very bad business.
