I initially thought there had to be some kind of catch that it couldn't really only cost $2 to get up to $500 advance on my check but I've used it several times now and it is honest and up front. Only $2. Just be careful not to get yourself caught in a cycle where you're never getting a full check bc you're borrowing every pay period. But for real, $2 is cheaper than a late fee or an overdraft fee...just saying!
It's terrible so far. Customer service doesn't know much of anything about there company, they are trained differently it seems. I just tried to get a new card sent to me at a new address and they charged me $18 for a replacement! They are shipping it to my old address! which I have them the details for my new address previously! They limit how much you can spend/withdrawal to $500 per day, so you can't pay any large bills with there card or service. They aren't ready to be taken seriously yet.
App is so buggy. Like literally hard to do anything. Takes forever to load and update. It changed the expiration date on my card, without notice, so while trying to use it I got locked out of my account. Customer service blamed me for not using the correct numbers. Customer service is trash. They don't help, just say they will escalate situations and then they never get back to you as promised. Yes I can access my waged early when needed. But almost not worth the struggle.
