It's comfortable to use BUT I kept all tickets in the app, but when it came the time to use my ticket at 3 am in the morning the ticket just vanished from my ticket box. I called the contact service of ukr railways and the girl told me to report ab the problem in the app, since it's not her dept. I had just 20 min, and I'm thankful she found the way to help me even if it wasn't her dept. Everything was solved. This thing needs to be fixed, and people always print tikets just in case
I can't use this app without a Ukrainian phone number. Many people who want to use Ukrainian Railways might live in another country, and have no access to a phone number with UA country code.
1. Why it is possible to use only Ukrainian number (+380...) to even start the app? With so many people having phones from different countries and want to use UZ it doesn't look very accessible. 2. Even website (uz.gov.ua) is blocked from foreign IPs (US for example). Do you really think it's hard to avoid this blocking? Just wondering - what was the goal except of make people angry for extra 1 min of their time spent.
