This app turns itself on randomly. I can set up trusted network and VPN will randomly turn on when connected to one. I can turn off all 'connect when' functions, and turn off this app. Within a few hours it is turned on and connected. The final straw with this app is the SUBSTANTIAL impact it has on network speed. When activated, our speeds decrease by sometimes as much as 50%. Turn off and disconnect this app and everything returns to normal (at least until it secretly turns itself back on)
I like the protection very much. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the VPN blocks my email app from sending and receiving. I'm looking for a way to change that setting, but I have yet to find it. When Comcast/Xfinity eliminated their app, I had to find an app that honors my privacy and will notify me when I receive mail. That is literally my only issue. All other apps (that I've noticed) work just fine when I'm connected to my VPN.
For some reason, every time I try to activate the VPN it says "cannot connect." I use the app mainly in the same location, my school, and I never had this problem before. I found out from a friend (who has an iPhone) that there is an updated version of the app, but it is not available for Galaxy/Andriod users. I really liked this VPN, so it's shame that the newer (and I presume, better) version isn't available for my phone.
