This app made my convenience terrible, I'm not able to track nor access anything on this app. Everytime I try to open a window with regards to my concerns, it will start to buffer for atleast two minutes and pops up with a new window "Something went wrong, Please try again later." This is persistent for the past two days and it's annoying. Can someone fix this at the earliest?!?!?!
Concept of the app is good but extremely poor execution. I logged into my EFPO account to check my passbook balance. The moment I landed on home page it just logged me out. After 3 attempts, the OTP to login started coming way too late and the session would expire. Lastly when my attempts ran out for the day, the 4th OTP that I received was repeatedly sent more than 100 times in a span of 10 hours... Still I'm getting the OTP number. Eventually had to block the SMS's out of no choice.
Umang app's OTP service is a frustrating experience. It consistently fails to deliver timely codes, leaving users stranded in the login process. Additionally, the app's other services are plagued with glitches, making it an unreliable tool for accessing government services. Overall, a disappointing and unreliable user experience. Please take look into this critical issues.
