Title: Disappointing Experience - Not Reliable! Review: I am extremely disappointed with this app. The service provided is highly unreliable. Multiple times I've attempted to book a ride only to have it denied without any valid explanation. It's frustrating and inconvenient, especially when relying on this app for transportation needs. The lack of transparency and accountability from the service provider is unacceptable. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for a dependable urban
At first it works fine, but it becomes very inflexible to a changing needs. Had a recurring plan for home cleaning, it doesn't allow any change to the type of service. Once you're in a plan, you stuck with it. The only way is by cancelling the plan and create a new one, but no guarantee to keep the same time slot/professional as per the cancelled plan. And the need to always confirm for the service is troublesome. I was busy and missed to confirm by 30mins, and the cleaner didn't turn up.
Useless plus membership. Its membership benefits are not good, waste of money. For each booking they charge extra fee. In any other application, if you use membership, they discount their platform fee, but not urban company. They have reduced their benefits every year from a useful one to finally becoming useless. Salon quality is also super bad, they got stupid facial massage strokes that are useless for the face muscles.
