This app is amazing and has helped me so much. But, I paid for the lifetime and purchased a new phone, and you can not transfer the subscription. I had to pay another lifetime membership fee. It has an option to transfer, but do not think that it works because it doesn't. I reached out to support and got one reply and then was ignored. Basically you have only have access to the app you bought until you switch phones. Other than paying an extreme amount, the app works great
I really liked this app until all of a sudden today without any apparent reason the app is trying to make me pay for services that I paid for in August of last year (2023). I overlooked the app's redundant answers, the glitching that sometimes throw you out of the program when a picture is taken instead of writing a message, and though frustrating I delt with the talk to text option being disabled after being used more than once in a setting. But this is not tolerable.
Unpleasant experience. I paid for lifetime access 9 months ago, and now app kicked me out and to continue using it asking me to pay again lifetime or monthly subscription. What's the point of lifetime subscription if it ends in a few months? Btw there's no 'contact us' field, so its impossible even to talk to some customer support representative. Feels like scam to me. Going to choose smth more loyal.
