This app is wholesome in that it focuses on various aspects of a person and is not just a crash course in getting thin. I love the coaching tips and the fact that one gets rest time between days of working out. I am looking forward to building flabby areas, developing endurance, and improving posture and flexibility. I am an aging dancer and this program is helping me stay healthy and in good shape even though I don't dance as much as I used to.
After a month of following a routine of 4 days exercise 3 days rest, my waist has gone from an 18 to a 14 in large women. My spare tire ;) is going flat. The app is very detailed in how to do the exercises with audio and visual help. I just added a new routine to my weekly routine ab construction. Simple to navigate. Very resourceful. Highly recommend the paid version. It's on the cheaper side to simulate abs. Paid has no ads and included everything.
Refund please I just downloaded and signed up for premium account. This app is awful believe the negative reviews. No tracking whatsoever of your progress, no calendar, no way to add favorites for workouts or menu. No shopping list. This is supposed to be an inclusive app customized to your age, for workout and menu but this app does not make it easy to do this like other all-inclusive apps. I want a refund totally misleading advertising not happy one bit. If I could give zero stars I would.
