Update your freaking app!!!! All the good movies you had are gone. It's a waste of money to watch movies from 3 decades ago and not having the good recent ones available. The app and the subscription is pathetically depressing. I dont have FB to communicate with your customer support. Its a shame that you only cater to facebook to customer support. Vivamax works but viva prime can not be subscribed. I pay the pay button nothing happens, all the good series switched to prime. This was the worst decision ever, I understand trying to compete with netflix, but loyal customers had option to watch all films, for the price of $9.99 a month there should be no issues, and users should have full access.
I have installed the Vivamax application and I am also trying to pay via the Google Play card that I bought at Seven Eleven with the code listed. However, payment can only be made via FamilyMart, please explain the difference between the Google Play card sold at Seven Eleven and FamilyMart.
