Your equipment that you can buy with the alarm is terrific but your app is terrible, buggy and really needs a complete overhaul. Disarming and arming the alarm works great for the most part. Viewing cameras is slow but ok (although it's a real shame that cameras aren't viewable on an Alexa). But rewinding DVR (a feature we pay extra for) to a specific time point is incredibly clunky and frustrating. It would be nice if you had an app for PC and Mac too so I could pull cameras up on my laptop.
Really wish this app would work. The iOS version seems to work much better, but this is a chore. You open the app and it just does nothing. Wait 30s until you get to a usable screen, then it takes 5 or 6 tries to arm or disarm my system. Faster just to walk inside and arm my house from the panel and then leave. Updating, deleting, redownloading doesn't seem to generally improve use. Been like this for almost 4 years now.
Not sure what changed in the last update, but now, when I get a notification and attempt to check the app, I can't get anything but the home page to load. No matter how many I attempt to I restart it, it won't load any other pages. I can't see activities, video clips, or adjust my lights/ thermostat. What's the purpose of the app if none of the functions work. Please fix this.
