Very poor app. Will not accept any phrase i say...simply 'Cheese' or any recorded trigger sound should be enough! Why is a stupid phrase neccesary anyway?? Voice control of the camera was standard on Huawei phones, but curiously nowhere else. It is SUCH a useful feature which i miss terribly. Input level is probabably the issue, as even if i speak close and loundly, it doesn't register too well. I'd pay for an app which does this function well.
Download. Install. Train my own shutter phrase. Presto. It works. All apps should be like this. Why isn't voice control built into the standard Samsung camera app? Rhetorical question. Also moot now that I have this app. You might want to change its name seeing as it isn't just for selfies. Maybe Voice Shutter? I very nearly skipped this because I thought it was just for selfies. So a name change might be a good marketing move, not just a cosmetic tweak.
When I say the given word to take a photo, by the time I go back to smiling it's too late and every photo captured shows me mid word... Even when it's"Cheese". Also they want permissions that are really not necessary for this app to function property... If you deny, you can't use it. Something not right there.
