Doesn't seem to work well with Bluetooth devices. Callers can't hear me often when using earbuds, or Bluetooth devices. Also switching betwen audio sources is terribly inconsistent. I'm often forced to take a call on the speaker because it defaulted to it, and switching to the earpiece/Bluetooth doesn't work. Not a good experience. Only giving it an extra star because it allows me to take calls outside the office.
So many problems. Send voicemail to my email which I then cannot open on my Pixel 5, instead of just letting me open it in the app. *Needs* a way to block numbers badly. More importantly, it logs me out without notice so the app is very unreliable to receive calls. Only have it installed because my company requires it, otherwise it would be gone fast.
Frequently shows a missed call when a call is transferred to me. Also not the best call quality compared to zoom. I use both for different businesses and prefer zoom.
