I've used multiple different providers apps and most of them seem to be lacking in their most important function which is consistency. This app however has proven to be very reliable and it is rare that I have any issues at all making it receiving calls. Any issues I do have at this point can probably just be chalked up to connectivity issues, on par with standard cellular calls
This app has serious flaws for Android. I am using it on Galaxy S23 and it is not capable of controlling the phone enough to be useful. Even minor apps will override it and interrupt the service. If I have music playing, the app is not able to pause the music. If I am on a call through my provider and the Vonage app is running in the background, it is still not able to notify me of the new call. If I am near my computer and the app is running, the computer will notify me, but my phone will stay
Delena, I have the same troubles. I was told that this happens because the app is really better supported by using wifi instead of mobile data. I feel if there is an app why not make it comparable for both. If one is on the go the app should work just the same, especially paying it every month. The notifications do not pop up and calls are missed. Text messages come late. Not good for business. I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I hope it works better.
