A great app. Honestly the best VR media player I have used. I highly recommend purchasing this app because it is much more refined and feature packed as opposed to most of its competitors. I would like to highlight some of the issues I faced and it would be great if these were rectified. 1. The resume playback function doesn't work consistently. I did not have this issue with the free version, but somehow this is frequently happening with the paid version. 2. Once I exit the app after a session, the phone fails to completely come out of DnD mode. A lot of the notifications are still muted and there are DnD glitches visible in the sound settings occasionally. The only way to fix this so far is to restart the phone. I am using a Galaxy Note 8.
This is a flexible app that allows repositioning of camera for watching movies and screen locking. Opportunities for improvement: 1. It seems animated GIFs are not supported at least on Android 10. 2. From a usability perspective, when selecting screen, video type, and projection type before watching a video, it would be half the phone presses if all options were available on buttons instead of having to first press to open each dropdown menu.
The best VR 180 player I have tried in terms of playback functionality and configurability. Head tracking works well and the Bluetooth controller mapping feature is helpful. However, is there any way to disable file history? The most recently played file appears when starting up the app. Would prefer to just start on the file browser at the root storage directory.
