Everyday I have to log in 3 or 4 times on the phone app. It just takes me out by itself. The search filters are terrible. On the pc, it's difficult to keep the main menu open, while I try to open new tabs on the browser. Conclusion: Has been very useful for me to buy and sell things, but, the interface and the whole experience while you use the app (PC or mobile) really sucks.
Most annoying issues were fixed in the app. I had only good buyer and seller experiences up to now and I sometimes found some real good deals. I can wholeheartedly recommend it for ease of transactions especially the well integrated shipping, but also their refined way they handle in person transactions, with QR code confirmation. The use of chat bots to integrate the transaction steps makes it all so user friendly.
Use to be great but it has turned into a mess. I have been trying to register for a month. Protonmail mails are not supported (based on customer support answers to my mail) and they won't give solution for it. Then when I try Outlook it gives issues too and if you don't try on a laptop the errors won't give you any information and what is going on. A pity since there is no real alternative to this app
