The app itself is actually pretty fantastic, as long as your faction still only has an index. It's reasonably organized, very responsive, and includes all rules, stratagems, etc. in addition to the datasheets. HOWEVER, as soon as your codex releases, ALL of your faction's info gets locked behind a paywall. The hobby is already expensive enough, at least make the rules more accessible.
Battle Bunker and Favorites are a nice improvement. However, the Battle Bunker needs to update the datasheets for the actual wargear options chosen. It's tedious when midmatch you have to cross-reference your choices in the roster against the profile and wargear abilities to see if you have 5 wounds or 6, check which weapons you have equipped, or check the effects of a selected enhancement on a character. Just roll it all up into the datasheet in the Bunker.
A really solid app for managing you 40k army. The only issue is the pay wall. You have to subscribe to warhammer+ to use the app to its full extent. It's around 8 dollars a month, which is horribly overpriced if you just want to use the companion app. If you use all of their apps with warhammer+ like the paint app and the streaming service, it's a pretty good price.
