Sign-up/registration is not handled smoothly. Once you fail to register, you will not be able to try again using the same phone number. It should be allowed as long as registration is not successful. Registration should handle a lot of negative tests to make sure process is smooth and unwanted inputs/actions from users are prevented. Please fix this ASAP. Imagine the shame the Watsons staff felt while they are trying to guide me through the registration and I still got stuck there.
All e-coupons are unusable and can not be applied to any products even if you meet the requirements of a coupon/voucher. I tried to see the available products you could use with the specific coupon, but results returned none. Meaning you can't use the coupon/voucher to any of their products regardless if you met their requirements.
