ONLY CONNECTS WITH 1 BUSINESS. I was going to pay the $72 for a year subscription. I organize my documents for personal taxes on wave as a "business." Plus, I have a small hobby business, then I have my main business. I would like to use this app for all "businesses." But you have to choose one. There may be an option to subscribe for each business but $216 seems like a lot. Also,would like a free trial and scanner setting to make it a b&w scan cropped to document size like Cam Scanner app does.
Limited use from the App itself. Purchased the "receipt" feature. Cannot upload PDF's so all receipts of online orders can't be uploaded. Tested taking pictures and screenshots, but not a single one would match up with their respective transaction. Cancelled the subscription about 10 minutes later, but I'm stuck paying the full months price because there is no way to get a hold of anyone w/o being a "paid customer". Web version (even on mobile) is much better. The app mostly fails to load too.
Paid the $72 for receipt scan, but that subscription is now connected to one of my businesses that doesn't need it. So I cancelled right away, but no refund and the subscription stays active for one year and without the ability to move it or resubscribe with my other business. It's very odd. I thought I'd scan upload the receipt then be able to select which business to enter that receipt. Edit: Raise from 1 star to 3, as customer service responded quickly and moved the subscription.
