Not user-friendly at all. There are too many pop-up windows. The first wants your credit card info. You have to touch a tiny spot in the upper corner to actually continue. Once signed in, it's not blank. It's like it's somebody elses app. It is nearly impossible to change the bday without scrolling through years. It's set in cm & kg, and you can't change that in settings. It's just an awful app. In the past, I now know why i paid so much for a fitbit... It's seamless to use.
The app ...works... kind of. It takes forever to retrieve bio info from the watch (which maybe the watch's doing). There are too many ads and I was never able to sign in, I just got a message in Chinese (?). I finally entered my info directly. The "instructions" with the watch are in 3 pt. text (INCREDIBLY small) and don't really describe how it works. I kind of got it working, but it's very inaccurate. The watch's connection ID was "T3" which is hardly descriptive... could be much better.
The band itself is very simple to use. However it won't connect to the app at all, when connection management is looking for a device to connect to it doesn't connect to the band at all, it literally just connects; or tries to, to all my other Bluetooth devices. This app should be disabled by the Google Play Store. As someone who has heart problems, I just use the band to check my BPM and other things.
