Clear dashboard. No widget or live tile so you have to manually launch the app each time you want to see. The temperature display in status bar option is also misleading as it too doesn't update unless you open the app. Background images are a bit confusing. I'm in Germany and I'm looking at a picture of Mt. Fuji, Japan!
Even with automatic location detection turned off, this app keeps nagging me to turn on GPS high accuracy mode every time I open the app. And what's even more annoying: After disabling automatic detection, this nagging dialog needs to be dismissed twice now. And GPS is still queried every time I open the app. This is just lazy programming, seriously. Or abusive privacy data collection, for all I know. Not ok! This way, I barely bother opening this app, don't like using it.
i like this weather app a lot! its easy to use and very informative. i like the sunrise sunset time feature, and hour by hour report at my finger tips. my only gripe is that it doesn't automatically update, so the temp displayed on the bar is not accurate, unless i open the app and update it. so the display on my top bar is pointless.
