Its good because it does what it's suppose to do, however, it has slowed my phone down DRASTICALLY! My phone has (had) great connection both on a mobile connection and on Wifi. After activating this service, it greatly interfered with the connection and everything buffers. On both types of connections. There really shouldn't be a fee, because I paid for more online protection, not to slow down my phone.
The vpn connection works well most of the time, but the app seems buggy. Aside from a couple of slowdowns once in a while, the biggest problem I've had is with the subscription. After automatically renewing it through google play (coming from the free trial), the app doesn't recognize I already paid... keeps prompting to renew... login on and off keeps bringing up the same issue
Slow. Doesn't connect to servers at least 90% of the time I open the app, and server options are limited; customers can't choose from more than a few. And it slows down my phones and tablets consiserably during the infrequent times it does connect to a server.
