Used the tracker for three months to learn about my cat's territory. Worked quite fine. However, they do not let you cancel your subscription at all. At first, the respective button is disabled with a note, that you can only cancel two days before your subscription runs out (which is already illegal in the EU, btw). Then, during the last two days of your subscription, the button is still disabled and the support just tells you to use the button (completely ignoring the issue).
Over all, the new app in combination with the new kids tracker's firmware is a giant leap forward! It feels a lot quicker and smoother to operate. The newly implemented ring and vibrate features are awesome as the Super-Live tracking. Battery life feels improved, too. The remaining battery percentage display is not reliably updated, though. History points in the app don't display timestamps when touched, which is inconvenient.
Started out great, completely unreliable now. I've had 3 of these trackers for years and until the last 12 months they've been great But now theydon't seem to last longer than 6 months without going faulty and it takes a while to get them looked at even under the premium warranty. Then there's the app... every new release there's more bugs than an ants nest! Completely unstable and unreliable. Unless customer service comes up with something I'm be cancelling my 3 subscriptions.
