Welltory is a quick method of checking in with your health and provides a lot of information from the one minute heart rate scan. It even educates you on how your body works while the scan is taken! I use a Samsung Galaxy watch to take the scan but find the device can be unreliable and have to resort to using my phone camera (this can be frustrating). Scans are usually tagged by selection but this option isn't always made available which is frustrating. Overall, Welltory is a useful measure.
A lot of information at your finger tips (literally). Still working through the free trial and seriously considering purchasing. It takes more then a week to ingest the data and how it pertains to you (baseline/trends) but worth it. I am an open source kind of person but you will not find this set of metrics in an open source app, not yet at least, or not that I have found. I am really interested with the integration with fitness apps & wearables and will update the review after I do.
The HRV readings are nice, but I paid for a pro subscription and it doesn't seem to make any difference. It doesn't sync with my fitbit for correct fitness data so the app thinks I don't do anything all day. Not accurate at all. Plus a lot of filler articles in the feed. Those should be elsewhere if I want to go look at them and read.
