Quite an absurd experience so far. My user credentials keep being rejected to a point I can no longer counter the number of password ressets I've perfomed. I suppose this is a location and translation script in the app. It defaulted to my language location and everytime I attempt to change to the location where I am, it fails. Total waste of time.
The app serves its purpose however there are several critiques. Firstly the UI is abysmal - buggy, slow and not intuitive. This should be reworked asap, especially if you want to remain competitive against other FX services that provide a more intuitive experience. Secondly the in-app advertisements should not even be a thing. It's quite frankly ridiculous, moreso when you already pay a fee to move money around. So why am I subject to seeing advertisements afterwards? It doesn't make sense.
I've only used this app once before they asked me for a review, so I'm no expert. The process is easy enough, although they didn't let me send money from my chosen bank account, so I needed to play around a little to add another option. Luckily they have several payment options. They let me send the first payment for free. And they are cheaper than other money sending options. So all good so far!
