I've been using this app for a long time & it shows accurate updates most of the time. But when some trains are cancelled it doesn't update. Also try to show authentic platform no. If you can't show that at least allow us to provide correct platforms no. that may include a letter, like 2A. App doesn't allow us to provide it . Thank you for the facility to add numerical+ alphabetical character for platform no. Overall experience is great
It is also a good system. All those people who are regularly traveling in train, they will be highly benefited by the system. But there is some technical issues in the app. Sometime it's show the wrong platform number. For this reason the train travelers and the local passengers are facing many problems. So it is high time to the app management system to solve this problems. Thank you sir 🙏
