One of the national strategic projects, but the app's a mess. Signing up and logging in should be easy-peasy, but nope, this app just won’t let you sign up. Keeps saying the email’s already used (and I'm like, “No way, I’ve never signed up before”). So I figured, okay, let's hit 'forgot password', but guess what? The verification code times out super fast, like I’m pretty sure I punched it in not even 5 seconds after getting it.
I couldn't even register, it was always stucked at the verification stage (somehow the browser didn't work when I put the puzzle?!) What a frustrating experience how inefficient to navigate the public transport system in my own country :(
Keeps asking to update data before purchase but the option doesn't show in apps. In desktop shows but keeps telling me wrong password! Padahal I had already logged in! So frustrating! Even registration step is soooo annoying! Is this the quality of whats made in china like the train????
