I've been using this app since 2018, logging all of the breath work rounds and cold showers. I've had several different phones during this period, all have had no problems keeping all of my sessions logged each time I log into the new phone in the app. I just recently lost almost 1800 breathing sessions that were logged due to a continuous "syn failed" issue. I've reached out to support twice and haven't heard a thing back. It's a bummer to see all of that data lost.
I've only recently decided to write a review as I stopped using this app a couple of years ago when the subscription model took effect. I'm a huge fan of WH and his teachings. It was a tremendous disappointment that, after purchasing the essentials course, I am still required to pay a monthly fee for an animated breathing bubble narrated by Wim Hof. Really feels like the spirit of the method is being replaced by the spirit of $$$.
Excellent tool. I got the app because I started doing Wim' guided breathing from YouTube videos, and wanted to extend my breath hold and record my frequency and duration of practices. Since getting the app I am exploring additional exercises. TIP1: Free embedded videos available from the home screen, are not available from the manual add screen. TIP2: The app has hung up twice in two weeks of using it. May have been my phone. I save my results after 7 reps of breathing.
