It's frustrating that despite sending my resident card front and back side to the Wolt partner multiple times, they still haven't been able to verify my documents. I feel confused in this situation. I should try reaching out to them to inquire about the delay and express my concerns. It might help clarify the situation and expedite the process.
I have given 5 stars earlier but after recent updates I have reduced it to 1. It's terrible app and support from the courier support is clueless and how to help, bundle tasks disappears even after you accept the tasks, app is literally slow and freezes without notice. I have tried it on Android 13 and above, I strongly recommend that the tech team should consider feed back, now recently the GPS has disappeared, mini map shows you moving but the app doesn't know.
Lowered pay to around 80kr an hour. They do not inform customers correctly about issues, so I get to deal with angry ppl. Made a deal with government, so we get almost no work deductions with the max possible taxes. Since recently support is not there to help us but to help the company, if there is a mistake made by someone, most likely it will be the partners paying the bill for the food and delivery. Absurd!
