Absolutely nothing about this program makes sense. I signed up on a desktop and then, after entering my tax information, decided I no longer wanted to use this program. I could not delete any of my information from my account, and ended up having to download this app just to delete my account. Very much NOT user friendly.
Attachment failed, having a very hard time uploading deliverables. Thumbnails not showing up if it does upload. Extremely annoying. This is a very recent issue for me, app has worked well in the past.
Horrible experience with loading deliverables into the app. 70% failure rate, thumbnails often don't load making it very difficult to avoid uploading duplicates in batch files. Often uploads, gets the orange check mark, then pops up with attachment failed. The retry option only attempts to upload one failed file on batches. Overall just a horrible experience, and the mobile version of the website is even worse. This is still an ongoing issue, and has been for literal years now.
