I love the app and how it uses mainly bodyweight exercises, but I feel like it is a little inscuate for things like hoe much weight lost in the workout etc. It also lacks difficulty even when your on advanced, but I tend to just double what it asks me to do. Overall, it's pretty nice and I do plan on using it daily, but some things do need fixed Also there are a ton of reviews saying too many ads, but I've been using it for a few days now and I've only seen 2 or 3 ads
Well I started noticing change only after two worksouts. This app is super effective. I love it You could however give a more detailed description on some of the exerices and stretches as they are not easy to see.
This is a very helpful App and the workouts are really good. You can see the progress compared to other apps.
