All of the sudden the app is just not working. I can't even use the website on my phone browser because it automatically tries to open up the app and then just starts glitching like crazy. I can't even booked a room anymore online. I've been trying the past couple days and it won't even let me use my points. It tells me I don't have any yet I have enough for several free nights
I updated the app. You can't do anything in this app. What's the point in having or using it. From the minute I open it, I get "sorry something went wrong. Please try again later." I can't check points, i can't contact, i can't book, i can't do anything with in the app. If this is because I choose to use the location while using the app. Im NOT turning on 24-7 location. This app doesn't need to track my every move!
The app asks for a location and a date but the default is today. When you change today's date, you have to enter the location again. It seems silly to require the location in the first place. But finding the hotel from there...the listings, the information and options are clear and easy!
