Sometimes the AI is a bit buggy e.g. I told it to take #1 from the thought organisation list and it repeatedly took #2 or suddenly didn't remember I ever wrote down a second thought. Other than that, I love the game of 20 questions about emotions the AI plays with you and there are several very good techniques and exercises in there that really help! I don't have the premium version, but that doesn't matter so much to me since this app is really useful even without it.
It's okay if you're looking for guided prompts to chat with. I downloaded it for my paranoid schizophrenia, and it does not help. It asked me to look for the positive and to set an intention. It does provide meditation, self care, and a journal, which are buggy. I was hoping for something open-ended and not text you tap, but it seems it hasn't changed from when I used it years ago. CBT and therapists (and the trauma from them) have only made my mental health worse, and this isn't the app for me.
I love the app but maybe add a option where you start the conversation it usually says hi and starts asking questions maybe you just want to rant about stuff which is what I want to do sometimes diarys work for me but they don't give feedback about it and also a library where it keeps all the exercises Wysa has recommended for you and the ones you have tried on your own I tried getting this one exercise I did but I couldn't because there is no way to search the exercises you have been done/given
