You can't really depend on the information that it gives you. I'm not in the app often but in the few times that I have gone into it, several times it is told me that my modem is offline and the app wants to run diagnostics and restart my modem. The only problem is, is that the modem is working fine. Also, you can't see precise data usage like I can with my Xfinity business account. Thanks Xfinity.
Sad to see the other app go, as it has always worked fine. Just downloaded this app and so far I have not experienced any of the issues that the others users are dealing with; but they can't all be wrong. So keeping my fingers crossed for no issues. Update, now I currently trying to pay my mobile bill, and the app won't even take me to that area, as I keep getting an error message. Whereas before it would show me what I owed for the current billing cycle, but wouldn't let me pay the bill.
It's such a joke that customer service isn't allowed to change your bill due date. When I log into my bill setting via the app, chrome, incognito, whatever, I click "change bill due date" and it spins until an error pops up, prompting me to refresh, and it keeps giving me the same loading error. I've tried to change the due date several times over the last month and customer service said it would be fixed within 24 hours to let me do so. HA. I don't understand why they can't just help me.
