I really wanted to get a subscription, but I will wait until a few things get fixed. Firstly, the phone app is okay, but I hate watching drama's on my phone. The screen mirroring my tv works, but I can't watch it because it is lagging too bad. It's not my networking because I have over a gig of internet speed, and I have no problems mirroring other apps. The second thing is that they don't have a Roku App, so there is no way to watch it on my tv. So until they fix these things, I can't subscribe
Is there ANY way to increase the font size on the subtitles? Since the app is not supported on tablets, I'm forced to view programming on my phone. There is an option to increase font size, however when I choose the large option the tiny size font remains the same, despite the screen prompt confirming my choice. Edit: changed my rating fm. 1 star to 3. Within days of my original review I received an email requesting screen shot of the problem. The issue has been resolved.
Not as many shows as other apps and to see most of the content you have to pay but my biggest issue is that there is some kind of audio distortion on too many shows. The first show I watched I noticed it but due to the sci-fi vibes I thought it was on purpose but when I turned on a show that I had seen elsewhere with no distortion it was still there. I checked a few other shows and it was on most but not all the time. This is not a problem I have on other apps. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
