Now the navigation won't load. Eyeroll. Edit: Random shuffling has been fixed so added a star. Wishing for a "save for later" option and the ability to zoom. Over two months later and the app still sucks. Filter bar is at the bottom where it easily gets activated while scrolling. Such bad placement. Filters don't work. Items shuffling at random is the worst. So frustrating. Haven't ordered in such a long time because of this. I miss you old Zappos. Please come back.
Using this app to look at and order shoes is basically easy and fun. Orders are usually sent promptly and are filled accurately. However the last several times I have tried to return something I have run into difficulties. I am not able to print out a return label and when I request an electronically read label I am often told by UPS that that is not good enough. I have made three trips and several phone calls trying to get the right code in order to return shoes, which is extremely annoying.
UI is really poor. The filtering lacks an action button (i.e. done; apply); the thumb swipe down to drop the filter menu isn't intuitive and the back button (top left corner) is right next to the filtered results number. Click on the back button, it eases your search and you have to start over. Also, entering credit card info requires the user to add the spaces - not common in App. design, and a poor user experience.. Your previous build, while not as sleek, was far more user friendly.
