I must say that the collection of books they offer is impressive. The most significant problem I faced was the app's failure to open. Despite multiple attempts to launch it, the app frequently crashed or froze, making it impossible to access my library or download books for offline reading. Even when I managed to get the app running, I encountered difficulties when attempting to download books for offline use.
However, my experience has taken a turn for the worse. Lately, the app has become incredibly unreliable in downloading books. Many times, I've encountered errors or simply nothing happens when I attempt to download a book. This is extremely frustrating and defeats the purpose of the app
I'm trying to update the app but even in play store I don't have that option. Hence, am not able to download any book. This is so frustrating. Any help kindly. After I try downloading with no success it ells me that I have reached my download limit fir the day, yet I have not downloaded anything. Frustrating is an understatement honestly.
