I shouldn't have to download your stupid app to use the charger. I should be able to pay with my card at the charger without my phone. This dumb app makes you load money into this obscure app I've never used for charging, and then the charger stops working 10 minutes into the charge, with a $5 fee just to plug it in. This needs to be banned, force ZEFnet to allow users to pay with card at the charging box. This company is a scam.
Plugged in for 15 minutes and was charged for a full hour. Then tried to fix it by unplugging then plugging back in. Now it won't even charge but is still taking my money. 0/10 not coming back to this charger
Gives good info - would like to see exportable reports. I use the app for my home charger which is set up for off-peak with the electric company. I'm their first EV customer and we often need to compare usage info due to discrepancies. I'd love to be able to export a monthly report to Excel.
