This app is great for learning and teaching languages. Having the feed is great for interacting with teachers and students. It is great that they offer audio lessons too. I just have this suggestion, make the learning language list the same as the native language list. There will be students who would want to learn our native language, and the learning language is very limited. I wanted to teach my native Tagalog and learn Portuguese, but I can't select them nor teach since it's not the list.
1. Unable to receive calls. I'm always being put to offline mode apparently due to my device settings. Well, I have updated all settings and have enable all notifications. Still nothing. 2. My intro video has been "processing" for more than 3 days in the app. Support is unable to fix it. Can't even tell me what's wrong.
So it would be nice to see the video with no issues. The video take very long to load. And once the video loads it keeps freezing. So much so its frustrating and it gets me to close the app. I don't think that's what you are going for. Other then that, the videos I did get to see are very well put together. But please fix the glitches the app has.
